Return Policy

  • Custom Products: Every order is custom-made, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
  • Errors or Defects: If we’ve made a mistake or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll prioritize reprinting your order at no additional cost to you—hassle-free and fast, because we know how critical timely delivery is for your success.
  • Damaged Goods: If your order is damaged during transit, please document the damage with photographs and reach out to us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.

Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Reprints Over Refunds: Our commitment is to ensure that your custom prints are exactly what you envisioned. If there’s an issue due to our error, we’ll prioritize a reprint of your items to get them back to you as quickly as possible. Refunds are generally not provided because we aim to deliver the highest quality results every time.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or washed.
