How do I prepare my design files for printing?

We make it easy for you by accepting most graphic file formats, including AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, and JPG. For the best results, we recommend using vector artwork or high-resolution raster files with at least 300 DPI. What is the minimum order quantity?

We’re happy to accommodate orders of all sizes—whether you need just one custom piece or a large bulk order, we’ve got you covered! You can upload a single image as small as 3 x 3 inches or go big with a gang sheet up to 23 x 240 inches. Don’t worry if you don’t have Illustrator or CorelDRAW to create your own gang sheets—you can use our automatic gang sheet builder to make the process simple and hassle-free. Our builder allows you to design up to 22 x 240 inches with ease. No matter the size of your order, we’re here to help bring your vision to life with care and precision

What is your turnaround time?

We’re proud to offer a quick and reliable turnaround time of less than 24 hours from the moment your final proof is approved. Because we already prioritize speed and quality, there’s no need for any extra rush fees—your order is always our priority. If you have a specific deadline in mind or special requests, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help make the process smooth and stress-free.

Can I see a sample before placing a large order?

Absolutely! We offer free samples and free shipping to help you feel confident in your order. You can send us your image to test, or we can provide a pre-printed sample at no cost to you.

For perfect color accuracy, we also offer free color charts also with free shipping. You can press these charts onto your preferred garment to check compatibility. This way, you'll have the most accurate representation of your final product. Once you're satisfied, you can use the exact color codes for your artwork before submitting your order. We're here to make everything easy and stress-free—just like we would for family!

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if there is an error on our part, we will redo the order at no additional cost to you. Our reprints are hassle-free, no questions asked, and we typically reprint within 24 hours of being notified of the mistake. If we can’t make it right, you’ll get your money back—guaranteed!

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues. We also highly recommend ordering a free color chart to verify the colors in your artwork to ensure everything looks perfect. We're here to make your experience smooth and worry-free!

How can I get a quote for my printing project?

Do you offer design or art services?

Yes, we do! If you need help turning your ideas into print-ready designs, our team of experienced designers is here to assist you. We offer custom design services starting at $40 for basic designs and up to $180 for complex designs. You’ll work directly with one of our designers until your design perfectly meets your needs.

An initial fee of $40 will be charged to get started, with the remaining balance paid before the final file is released.
